On your first visit to our office, you will be greeted by one of our friendly office staff. They will ask you to provide us with important initial information on our intake forms, or you can print these forms and fill them out ahead of time and bring them with you. Dr. White makes it a priority to meet with you before any dental treatment is performed. He doesn’t like to work on strangers and so uses this time to get to know you, your concerns, if any, and your expectations for successful treatment. He will review the very thorough examination process with you and encourage your questions.
